The receiption is at 1st floors and rooms are above 1st floor. It has no elevator and you had to pickup your bags like 2 or 3 stories's stairs to your room. Also the windows opens to road side, which is like highway. Since the windows are not sound proof, so it very noisy at night and you can't sleep.

The staff and owner were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were kept very clean. However if you are a non-smoker then it can be a little uncomfortable as smoke from the smoking rooms gets through the vents to the non smoking rooms unfortunately. The staff was helpful in finding a room with minimal smoke infiltration. Also, even though there was no elevator in the hotel, the staff was very helpful in carrying the luggage to the room.

Best feature is rooms are right across from the Pelican mall and its food court which allows a variety of economical dining. Also they have breakfast so my wife is happy.
