This is great hotel. Walking distance to grand bazar. Room was clean. Staff was awesome, great people and hospitality. The manager ā€œIbrahimā€ was great. We requested extra time for checkout so the manager allowed it.

So Close to Everything!

We got to the hotel at 7am and they graciously checked us in! The front desk staff was very accommodating. Then we met the Concierge, Fatih. Fatih planned our days and guided us to the tram, the cruise, the best time to visit all the sites. He was invaluable. Fer Is very conveniently located; within walking distance to the mosque complex. Would visit again. I

All the staff at the hotel were great. The breakfast was consistently great and Fatih from the Fer Hotel was fantastic with suggestions and information on where to go, and what to do. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. A very trustworthy and wonderful hotel to stay at. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Turkey.
