Excellent Stay at Gleam Bomonti Hotel My stay at Gleam Bomonti Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The entire team deserves special thanks for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality — they made me feel completely at home throughout my visit. The spa and massage services were absolutely wonderful — relaxing, professional, and among the best I’ve experienced. The tranquil atmosphere and skilled therapists made it the perfect way to unwind after busy days in the city. Breakfast was delightful and abundant, with a rich selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day on a high note. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and very comfortable, ideally located for exploring Istanbul while enjoying peace and relaxation. A heartfelt thank-you to all the staff for their smiles and attentive care — I look forward to returning soon!

I reported it, they checked it, but nothing improved. • The room was extremely small. • The bathroom had mold. • Small black insects were coming out of the drain and spreading in the room. • I requested an iron and had to wait more than a day and a half to receive it, so I couldn’t iron my clothes on time. • There was a lot of noise coming from the windows because they were not properly sealed with double glass. • The mattress was very uncomfortable. • The pillows were oversized and not standard.

I think this property is mostly like Hotel-Apartment. Staff were pretty much friendly and helpful also the area and everything was perfectly clean and well organized. Rooms were somehow small but for a 4 star hotel and the price we booked, it was good. Generally recommended
