Hotel was generally fine, staff were really friendly. Shower was pretty awkward, breakfast was average. Bed was really comfortable, room had a beautiful waterfront view which made for incredible sunrises. Room was clean and quite nice.

Fantastic place. 4 minute walk to Hagia Sophia. Close to everything! Including good food and all the major sites. We were surprised by the quality for the value. Didnā€™t much like the breakfast though. Not enough hot items to select from. But they give you a discount when you check in that makes it about $10 and itā€™s fast for on the go travelers. Great service at the front desk. We had a little travel snafu and had to race to the airport. The staff made that happen for us! We would have missed our flight if it wasnā€™t for them. Way to go guys! Huseyin was especially helpful and kind. We will be back next year!

Cozy hotel in a great location

Excellent location! Minutes away from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topkapi entrance. Street is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. And our room came with a complimentary bottle of water and a fruit tray. And it had a sea view! Staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

The property is located within 5-10 mins walking distance from landmarks (Blue Mosque, Haiga Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet Square, German Hippodrome and many more. The tram station Sultanahmet is also around 8mins away. There was plenty of restaurants around the Hotel and some convenience stores were also near by. Hotel satff is very professional, polite and attentive they made our stay as comfortable as possible by upgrading our room to junior suit with a jacuzzi, had complementary water botlle on arrival and on second day we had a complementary fruit platter (Thank you). The room was very nice and clean and the view of Marmara Sea was breathtaking especially sunrise over the sea was stunning. There is a safe, tea coffee making facilties, a fridge, Flat screen tv, dressing table and two sofa in the room. The linens was changed, room and the bath was cleaned daily (cleaning ladies were also very humble and polite) Daily breakfast was the same every day, however we was given omelets (normally extra charges) the breakfast lady was very accommodating. Overall faultless stay I will definitely rebook this hotel if they provide dinner as package. Only negative thing was the smell from the bathroom, which the staff tried their best to get rid off but didn't succeed, however this doesn't take all the positives away.
