The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, but it's situated in the midst of motorways and highways, with no shops, supermarkets, or anywhere to take a leisurely stroll. You're essentially surrounded by an industrial area and a maze of highways/motorways.

Really nice hotel and amazing staff, especially Silvan and Sanaz, we had a small issue and they sorted it out within minutes. The gym and spa are AMAZING. I had aassage and the massage therapist was great. The coffee and cake place are great, the staff was really nice, same with the Grill restaurant. We are coming back again in May, we can't wait. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the 5-star service and exceptional attention to detail. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was beyond our expectations, and we were particularly struck by the warmth and professionalism of your staff. A special thank you goes to Gulаndam, who made our visit to the hotel even more special and welcoming. She was not only hardworking and attentive, but also gave us a wonderful tour of the spa area. We noticed her cleaning the locker rooms, gym, and sauna areas multiple times, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured by the high level of cleanliness.
