Very nice

This is my second time booking at this luxury hotel, the service is very good, the cleanliness is high quality, the security is excellent, however I recommend leaving your jewelry and money in the safe with the secret codes. The location is close to cafes, restaurants and other nice entertainment places, the hotel is adjacent to Armada Mall, I recommend it.

Very nice place, would definitely recommend. 10/10 the staff truly made it special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout, they went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. The hotel is listed as a 5-star on Expedia, but it barely qualifies as a 2-star. The furniture is old, the mattress is hard, and the location is difficult to access due to heavy traffic. There are many other hotels in the area that offer better quality and hospitality. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible Experience

I had a disastrous experience at the hotel. The receptionist on the night shift was rude and impolite. The toilets were dirty and smelled unpleasant, and there was a severe issue with the drainage lines. I found dirty socks and tissues beneath my bed. Despite paying for breakfast, it was never offered. When I complained to Hotels.com, the property did not even answer their representative's calls. My trust in Mercure is completely gone. It was a very horrible experience.

not good hotel before few years was hotel better

I didn't like the hotel at all. It does not deserve to be a 5-star hotel. The bed was old and my back hurt in the morning. I told the workers there, but nothing changed, and it was not clean 4 years ago. The hotel was wonderful, better and clean, and there was a Turkish girl working at the reception. She was rude and not polite. She did not smile and she wasent smile and did not receive customers with a smile in the morning like the Turks pepole in general do not smile. I did not like this behaviour I left the Mercure Hotel before my scheduled departure time and booked a new reservation in another five-star hotel, and I went to the St. Regis Hotel in Nisantasi, and there is much better service and excellent. The staff at St. Regis are very helpful, polite and kind you can check that I been at st.regis hotel I enjoy my stay there ... thanks ! e.ziad
