No double beds

I made a reservation for 2 double beds. Upon arriving, the hotel did not have any rooms with double beds. Supposedly, the door hardware malfunctioned and did not allow guests in. As a result, my family of four was stuck with a king size bed and a twin size sofa bed. It was very a very uncomfortable stay.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Great gym facilities. The only thing I was disappointed about was the pool, it was disgusting and freezing cold. The kids wouldn't even get in after they saw floating, unidentifiable debris.

Work together.

We booked online with you a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in they had us in a king bed with single pull out because they were out of rooms. So what was my reservation for?. My son is 6”9 300 and the pullout ruined his sleep and we were there for a football visit. Hotels need to work with hotels.com better because it seems like they hate each other. They say it’s a third party booking so we can’t help and can’t care. It’s bad
