Staffing was horrible. Still have not received my $100 refundable deposit. Elevator was always broken and my husband cannot walk up and down stairs due to being handicapped. Management would not change our room. We were told that management was aware of the elevator and it was being handled but we never saw anyone there working on it.

Tub drained slow so I showered in other people's dirt. Lamp on table was bent on base didn't stay up straight. Desk chair was completely broke just bent over would stay up straight. Handle on sink popped off and on. Nice room but needs some tlc

Could’ve been cleaner

The room is definitely not top-notch for clean I was therefore three days and no one picked up my trash, or brought clean towels. The bathtub nut soap go my heart is shower but it was still nasty. Everyone that works there it’s very nice.

Poor Experience

I asked to check in early and would’ve paid the extra fee, manager wasn’t the most reasonable. Came back at the time of original check-in and the room was still dirty. Stains on the blanket and sheets. They asked me if I would clean it and change the sheets myself. I requested a different room and that room was only slightly cleaner. So they didn’t have the rooms ready even at check-in time.

There was no mention before we checked in that there would be a $100 room deposit. I didn’t see it in Hotel.com information either. Our stay was good. Comfortable bed and good for the price.
