My room had no towels—ZERO. The place was run down and dingy. They advertise having an EV charging station but it hasn’t worked “in a long time.” The location in Indy isn’t bad. But I will never stay at this hotel again.

Immediately when I got in my room the floor was covered with crumbs. Pulled back the bedding and hair strands were threaded into the sheets as well as the pillowcases. The tub clogged after taking a shower, which then clogged the toilet as well. Overall unhappy with my stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

The lobby was clean but the room was really worn. Bathroom floors were filthy,air conditioner vents were all broken and the desk marble top was broken also the chair was filthy and had cigarette burns all over it. The carpet was nasty and also had cigarette burns. The room smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke.

This place was ROUGH. Grumpy desk people. The whole place wa broken down and filthy. Loud, inconsiderate guests in hallways. Towels left laying overnight around the pool and the towel cupboard completely empty. Breakfast was insane. I waited about 10 min for some eggs to be brought out, but when they came, it was a sheet tray of about 12-15 baked eggs. There were so many people waiting for those eggs. That's not very efficient. I'm sure they ran out again before all the people waiting could get any. I travel a lot and have pretty realistic expectations. I used to like best westerns. But the last three I've stayed at have been about the worst stays I've had in recent years. Should have been a red flag when the closest businesses were a janky looking fireworks store and a discount liquor store in a shared parking lot with the hotel. Never a good sign.
