My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice. The location was convenient. The price was not bad. Unfortunately, the parking situation is terrible. I unloaded my vehicle for a tradeshow and was in the parking garage for no more than about two hours and was charged $45 for my two hours of time in the parking garage. That is complete extortion and unacceptable. As I had to park in the garage, a second time, I was supposed to pay $35 per night but when I got to the gate, the price was $715 is what they were wanting me to pay. I was only there for two nights. By the time I got the price, I had four people backed up behind me at the kiosk. It was a bad experience. I ended up not paying the $715, but it was a waste of time dealing with a stupid problem. Overall, my experience at the Marriott property was negative as every expense, other than the room, was overpriced by a magnitude.

This was my first trip to Indianapolis and The Courtyard by Marriott exceeded my expectations. I was able to call prior to my arrival and speak with a hotel staff member regarding parking and walkability to Lucas Oil Stadium. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately by a valet who took care of our car parking and the front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze. Our room was in perfect condition. Quick valet service again when we were ready to leave. A 5-Star stay.

Room was great, staff was friendly but the location was excellent! We were in town for a Colts game, extremely cold weekend, it even snowed and we never had to step outside! The skywalk connection was so convenient. Recommend 10/10!

We wanted to check in early as we arrived super early in the morning the female receptionist at the desk allowed us too but failed to mention how much the fee was.If we had known it was $75 we would have just waited to check in. I feel the receptionist show have been transparent in telling us up front u can check in but the fee is xyz...then we could've made a decision to maybe just wait.
