The room had an odor BUT, being senior citizens we bought Lysol. It would have been too taxing to change rooms. ALSO you exaggerated on the Downtown view. I was very disappointed

I love the Courtyard Marriott over all Marriott hotels. Why? it’s the warm feeling. The Marriott tower is huge and elegant. I like warm and inviting. This is a really nice hotel. Very peaceful! The staff were amazingly, amazing! So kind and helpful. I did not see one person on their cellphone. Wow! It was all about being of service to their guest. Way to go!

Overall this was a great hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean bathroom, good sized rooms. Good black out curtains. The AC was lacking and could not go below 71 degrees despite calling maintenance daily to fix it. The ice machines were broken. Other than those two things I would say everything was great.

I don’t know if it’s because I had a late check-in, but my check-in process was so inhospitable that I decided to let the facility keep my money and booked at another place nearby…. Counter service was not ideal and the staff that I believe was supposed to be doing the cleaning sat there staring me up and down inappropriately. So I left.

Flooded bathroom

The hotel was very nice. Very bad problem with the bathroom. As my wife showered in the curb less shower, it sloped the wrong way. Flooding the entire bathroom. All of her suitcases and purse were soaked. So we are trying to find someone to remove soap rings from them. Nice place but very disappointing wake up. I told the desk clerk as I checked out, just kinda laughed it off and told me to have a good day.

Solid place with a phenomenal gym

Solid place for an overnight stay. Right down the street from the stadiums. A little bit of a hike to the center of downtown (10-15 minute walk). Breakfast is pricey ($50.00 for two yogurt parfaits and fruit cups). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Phenomenal gym!

The stay here was a pleasure. The staff, without exception, was friendly and helpful. The room and entire property was spotless! Velocity Sports Bar food was delicious and their staff was fantastic. Everwise Amphitheater is a short walk across the street.
