Terrible Stay

Booked a KKing suite but when I arrived I was told they were out but then a lady from the office said they had a cancellation but the person checking me in sounded like it was too much trouble to switch plus I booked through Hotels.com. He said they upgraded me to a twin queen suite at no charge. I looked at him and said its only me staying in the room, what am I supposed to push the beds together. The first morning I had no hot water in my room.

Cable tv did not work well

The cable TV did not work properly, many of the channels constantly were listed as offline. There was no computer in the lobby. Between the cable and the lack of computer I was unable to check the weather.
