Overall a very nice stay, although we were inconvenienced by a fire alarm Sunday morning and had to descend 18 flights of stairs!! The staff was lovely in all facets.

The location is great. Room was spacious. No hotel immenties such as shower hats or toothpaste etc. The breakfast was okay, fruit yoghurt and omelette available. Gluten free bread was tastelsss and better avoided. Coffee sas good. Dinner in mc cormicks was okay. AC was cold. More gf options would be nice. Staff overall are friendly especially at reception.

We were there for a Fever game and never been to the city. I fell in love with the city. I can not wait to go back. This time I will and a few more days just to explore. I would absolutely stay at this property again. The room size was amazing!

we didn’t get the room we bought. we reserved a standard king and got a double bed room. upon arriving we had no idea we had to pay for overnight parking which was $54. then they didn’t tell us they were charging another $25 security fee on top of that. which is refundable but acknowledgment of that would’ve been nice. the body wash bottle was empty. the a/c wasn’t keeping the entire room cold. we could hear the pumps from the showers very loudly being turned on. and when exiting the parking garage after checking out we were not told we needed the room key to exit so we had to go back in and get another. overall for a 4 star hotel we were left very unsatisfied. we had better stays at 2 star hotels.
