Great pool with mountain view

The people in the complex were great. The unit was insufficient. Having a queen bed tight against the wall was uncomfortable to get in and out of and also hard to make. There was no real storage for clothing for a 10 day stay. Insufficient instructions for amenities, rules, took a day to find the card swipe for the front gate, washers, pool rules, how to use air conditioner. Should have had a manual. No BBQ, no stove. Dishes were cracked and leaked. Cheap coffee pot was hard to operate - had to play with it every day to start. No storage for groceries for a 10 day stay. NO DRAPES IN FRONT - Bedroom and full unit was virtually on display unless lights were kept off. Internet did not work for the last 4 days of our stay. Lights above bed didn't work. Would have been nice to have some suggestions for golf and restaurants etc. LOVED THE POOL AREA AND VIEW OF THE MOUNTAIN. I will seek accommodations in this complex again but not in this unit.

Outrageous host fee for 0 all day cotconstructio.

A host fee that was outrageous and never got a response or heard from or really didn't believe she existed never had any communication the place was old and she had to clean the kitchen and dishes before using and refrigerator etc. The floors were in terrible condition and we had construction from 7-5 pm every day going on jackhammers and hammers all day but they seemed to think that was acceptable it was pop absolutely horrid and wound up physically ill.we were supposed to be on vacation and had to leave no one informed us of construction through the walls from 7-5 pm every day unacceptable!!!

The property was filthy. The property manager's phone number was unanswered after placing multiple instead calls were directed to a voice mailbox that stated the mailbox was not set up to receive messages. I made my reservation through Evolve who then subcontracted with Expedia. The Evolve phone number requests an itinerary number but upon entering the number it asks for it over and over again, not recognizing I entered the number. No luck contacting them, NO RESPONSE.
