Escape to this spacious, two-level retreat nestled within the lush beauty of Palmas del Mar Beach Resort. This thoughtfully designed unit accommodates up to seven guests and features an open-concept layout that seamlessly blends the kitchen and living room—perfect for gathering and entertaining. Step out onto the expansive terrace and take in panoramic views of the lagoon and golf course—your private backdrop for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Guests will have access to the entire unit including three bedrooms, two balconies and two terraces. It's a 2 level penthouse unit so there are steps throughout the floor plan. The Fairlakes Community includes a resort style pool and a smaller pool for the kids which is also available and included within your reservation. This unit includes 2 parking spots for your vehicles.

This a self-check-in accommodation and instructions are provided to you via email ahead of time. We use a smart keypad lock system that opens the door with a code. The host will be available online through the app and via the phone. We also have dedicated staff on site should the need arises to come and help you.
