Staff was never at the front desk I had to find a ganitor to go get someone for the front desk and when she did get him he still didn’t come so she had to get him again and he finally came with a attitude. We needed toilet paper a staff member told us we have to go out and buy our own and they don’t give out toilet paper.

My check in was late due to flight being delayed so finally got there around midnight then waited at least 30 mins on someone to show up to get my key, got to my room that smelled really bad so I asked for a new room and was denied by the sleeping front desk attendant, I asked for a refund and also was denied I left the place and got a room elsewhere, worst place ever

My room was clean but the freezer never got cold enough freeze water for ice. That was the only issue, but we were close enoigh to a gas station to buy ice when needed.

They stay was good. Only thing is that we were on the 2nd floor and that’s the pet floor so the hallway smelled like dog poo. Also they have a two burner stove top but if you cook bacon the fumes from the bacon set off the fire alarm twice while we stayed there. Other than that it was a pretty good stay.

Before making the reservation, I was hesitant, but I still went ahead and reserved it when we arrived at the hotel I thought about the reviews and it didn’t do justice. The hotel was perfect. The hotel was clean actually smelled very clean. Our room was spotless. The staff the staff was awesome. Every time we passed by there them they would greet us. Everything about the hotel is great and I highly recommend it.
