Hotels. com is a total joke. This happens every time. You people literally steal people's money. SCAM left and right. You try to sign up through the hotel then get this nonsense and your room ends up costing all kinds of extra :"fees". Total disgrace

This is one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at and will definitely stay again when I’m Houston. The rooftop pool with Texas lazy river is definitely an experience. Day passes to the pool itself are typically $70 so when you factor that in, booking the room for a night or two is a great deal. The rooms were definitely luxury, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. This is a must if in Houston.

My husband and I stay for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was awesome. Can’t beat the pool and lazy river absolutely fabulous. The only thing I have a complaint about was the pillows. They were too soft. Would definitely stay again.
