The property was great and the hotel was very nice. However, I had a handicap accessible room and the shower was terrible. I couldn't take a shower without flooding the bathroom. I had to take very short, cold showers to avoid flooding

Not a fan, quite disappointing….

We were very disappointed and shocked when we arrived for our weekend. Stay to find out that the majority of the chairs around the pool area that had cushions on them are a fee. $55 for four hours. Seems outrageous when you’ve already paid a facility fee to use the pool. In addition, one of the men that were renting the chairs offered to “reserve it through my phone, and you just reimburse me directly” this seem to be kind of a scam to me . Next, even though it is in the rules of the pool area, there were at least five people we saw wearing very small thong, bathing suits with all of their rear exposed. It explicitly says in the rules that that is prohibited, and we reported it, but nothing happened. Additionally, midday a DJ was set up with extremely loud speakers that made it impossible to have a conversation with the person next to you. And finally, we observed throughout the day that many people went without chairs, but the costly chairs went unrented.

The lazy river is relaxing

The hotel overall is good, especially the lazy river pool, food is good too. The only downside is the stuffs, they are not happy for some reasons, not welcoming.

We really enjoyed the mini vacation we had at the marriot we had never been to a hotel like this one the rooms were spacious and very clean had a good view of the city and really enjoyed the texas state pool ...just did not enjoy to much the parking spots where it was a fee for parking per day ...but everything else was great...

I made reservation but had to cancel due to catching a virus and felt it unsafe for myself and others. I called 24- 48 hours ahead of time and explained my situation, front desk said ok they will take care of it and I still got charged for the stay even though I was never checked in.
