It took over 30 minutes to get into our room. No luck on first attempt, the card key did not work. Card was re-keyed but that didn’t work either. So maintenance gets called. And we waited until they finally gave up and booked us in a different room.

My reservation dates were incorrect and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful booking our stay upon arrival! I also recieved texts during my stay which allowed me the access to a box fan in my room and maintenance fixed a water pressure issue with the bathroom sink.

Staff and manager very attentive to our needs. Very courteous. Had some issues with their billing system as they charged my CC at the beginning of our stay. We were told the charge would be $100 for a “hold charge” for miscellaneous costs. Actual charge was $154 which was posted immediately on credit card but we are still waiting the 3-5 business days for the refund. We have never had my CC charged upfront in other hotels where I have stayed. They kept the CC info on file but did not charge until the end of our stay.

There was a slamming door/ or a/c damper that happened several times a day. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything. Ari was rude and discounting when questions were asked.

We got a suite with a full kitchen and 1 bedroom and it was very nice but it could used some update and they dont give many pots and pan for cooking or dish soap... The gym was really nice and it was a nice size gym for a hotel...Pool was really cold and not clean 😐 it had a lot of debris in it....But they made up for that with warm cookies they offer at the front desk when checking in or out.....
