Clean and very nice staff. Very beautiful interior. Only complaint is the bathroom shower doesnt close so the ground would be pretty wet after a shower. The bathroom barn style door didnt close all the way so you couldnt have full privacy. Beside that the place is beautiful and spacious. Would recommend.

Very beautiful and clean. The air conditioning was awesome. Spacious bathroom. Loved the Bluetooth mirror never had that at any other hotel. My only drawback was that the shower didn’t have a closing door and the bathroom needed a little more hooks and shelves.

My only negative comment is the lack of working elevators. We were staying on the 14th floor and there were times we had to wait 10+ minutes for an elevator. otherwise, excellent property!

Happy in Houston

The proximity to Astro’s game was great. The burgers at Rig restaurant was very good, the waiters/bartenders as well. The room was the best we’ve had in a while. Last but not least the hospitality from front desk and housekeeping was superb. They went an extra mile for us. Thank you!

I've Had Better Stays Here

We have stayed at the Cambria in Houston several times in the past few years when attending ballgames. Our stays have always been pleasant and enjoyable. The staff there is always so friendly and helpful. This trip however, we experienced some things that did not make the stay so pleasant. If you've ever stayed at the Cambria, you know that their elevator system is slow and the elevators themselves are not very roomy. During our stay, there appeared to be only one of four elevators functioning. This made for long waits and long lines at the elevators. We ended up using the stairs for our room on the 6th floor. Our room as supposed to have two queen beds but those beds were full size beds. I did not sleep well due to the lack of room. Lastly, our next door neighbors were not the quietest. This is the first time this has happened to us during our stay. Our next door neighbors arrived just after 1am. They immediately turned on some loud music and began to talk loudly and party with others who had joined them. It did not last long but it was enough to awaken our two kids and us. Again, all of our previous stays have gone well and I still recommend staying at the Cambria if you're attending a game or downtown event.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room had a great view, and was also comfortable and clean. We love how everything was walking distance. There are only two elevators which causes a bit of a jam. Other than that everything was great!
