Staff at service desk was unfriendly at times and uninformative. I requested information on valet service and was told it was included in my stay. The following day I checked my account and noticed that I was charged an additional $75.00 on my card. When I called and requested clarification I was told it was for 62.00 valet plus taxes. I was led to believe that my fees were all included in the third party app I used. Additionally, $62 for 1 night valet is absurd. The shower door is on backwards causing water to pool outside the shower when opened. There was no shower floor rug provided either.

Good Hilton property. Very clean. Everyone is nice. Easy check in and out proceed with Honors app. Style is nice, more classic than modern. Bars are good. Breakfast buffet has good options. Went elsewhere for dinner. It’s our go to property when in Houston.
