The house is nestled along the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail, giving you walkable/rideable access to downtown parks, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Dwell HTX is located in the heart of the historic First Ward Arts District less than 1 mile from downtown Houston. The home is located steps from the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail with easy access to bike share stations. The path offers gorgeous views and a quick ride to downtown. The house was great for our weekend in Houston. Clean, spacious, kitchen well appointed. Close and convenient to everything. There were several lights out throughout the house, especially primary bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Bordering on a couple questionable streets. I felt safe in the house, but wouldn’t go walking around.

Very pleasant

First off, Dustin was a spectacular host. From booking to check out he made sure every T was crossed and I doted. The residence was well maintained with all supplies very easy to find. The bedrooms were hugh with very comfortable beds. All in all this location is everything., quite neighborhood, with stores within a 5 minute drive.
