What an amazing experience compared to the rest of my trip due to airline and airport issues. The staff were understanding and kind and did either could to make my trip—without my luggage—great! I’m very grateful to the staff and the room was clean, gorgeous and so restful for me! Thanks so much!

This is not Four Seasons standard. I ordered a cake on Uber Eats and the reception wanted to charge me just to bring it up to the room from the reception. The rooms were ugly and so was the bathrooms. Zero luxury. The food was also terrible.
