I stayed here twice and both times were great service. The first time we stayed in a 2 bedroom queen size bed and it looked not so clean (carpet). It was obviously cleaned though it just looked old and stained. I didn't mind because we were just so tired though. They were very friendly and they let us check in early which was really nice since we were waiting around until 3. The second time we stayed here it was phenomenal. We got a king sized bed and the look of the room was really nice. It was completely upgraded and it looked modern. The carpet was clean and the bathroom was really nice to. Overall the experience was great, the airport shuttle was fast and on time. I even forgot my card in my room after the shuttle dropped me off at the airport and they drove back and dropped it off for me. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. I do want to mention that the hotel was under construction so maybe next time it will be even better. Also even though there wasn't much dining around there was some options, you just had to walk a little. We did this the first time we stayed here and it seemed to be a pretty safe walk with cross walks being an option because it is a very transitted area. There's plenty of options for food if you consider a delivery option, which we did the second time we stayed here and it was quick. The price was well worth the stay, I would definitely consifer staying here again.

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Bath tub was dirty, there was hair on the beds and the carpets stinks so bad. The hallways smelled like smoke and pee. I had to wake up extra early due to loud noise from men doing some type of renovation. Was an awful and terrible experience. Please don’t stay at this place.

The description of the property and amenities is not inclusive nor truthful. It fails to say there is a renovated side and non renovated much less that it’s being renovated at all, there hasn’t nor isn’t any laundry facility at all. The rooms shown do not say which side- renovated or not- they are on.

I found the hotel to be quite nice for the price of my stay. Room was clean and updated with new carpet etc, as was the lobby area. Apparently not all rooms have been renovated yet. Airport shuttle was great. Only complaint I have is that being so close to the airport it can get a little noisy from planes flying in and out. Also, if I stayed here again I would ask for a room with a view of the pool and courtyard, nicer view and quieter. Breakfast was more than adequate. I would recommend this hotel if staying near the airport.
