Had an excellent stay this past Saturday with my partner (12/13/2025). I’ve stayed at this Crystal Inn a few times now, and every time has been fantastic. The front staff is always very helpful and offers free waters, the rooms themselves are clean and sleek, and the restroom itself is very nice. Having had good experiences time and time again, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Houston, especially on the Northwest side of town.

Clean room, polite staff member at check in. Expedia said check in from noon, when arrived was told check in actually was at 2pm. Showed what was printed in email about check in from noon. Mostly quiet, had pizza delivery and enjoyed the rain shower. From the outside to the inside you can feel safe, see the property is maintained. Will choose to stay again if my next visit is near this area again.

Very nice motel the best . It’s brand new and the shower is amazing. The best I ever had used even compared to hotel. It’s has a large space room refrigerator microwave sink. I will stay again.

Having stayed at this Crystal Inn over the past weekend, I would definitely recommend it to others. The staff was very cordial and accommodating (Offering free waters) and the room/bathroom was clean, sleek, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back in the future.
