Everything was exceptionally well taken care of and the staff was Outstandingly accommodating; Allowing us to check in early and storing our luggage while we made the most of our stay on the last day. Most all things were within walking distance; Restaurants, Waikiki beach, shopping, nightlife. Would Most Definitely Stay here Again.

Great counter staff. Great bang for the buck. Great location. Great pool on the roof. 14 of us stayed for a few days. I am a reluctantly leaving four stars on my review because the guy out in front on the road was mean when I needed to simply pull the van in and pick up grandma and grandpa and all the babies from the front of the hotel. 14 people who were standing there with their luggage ready to go, and he was extremely rudely telling me that I can’t pull my van in there, and that I had to block traffic in the middle of the street to load my people up. The counter staff told me that the people on the street out in front would help me and my family. Nope, didn’t help with a single bag. Didn’t offer old people a hand, just acted rude because they didn’t want my van in there for five minutes to load up. What exactly is the loading area for?

The room was fine and clean enough, but certainly does not match the website picture. Staff is friendly and helpful, they were able to let us store our bags for a few hours after checkout and let us use the second floor lounge.

No room service unless 5+ days staying: i do not think they told this infor on booking website, even at check in……The entire time can not open the balcony doors: because the heavy outside cooking smell( the bedroom felt like slept in a kitchen) the AC and street noise. Worse than a 2 star hotel

The imperial is awesome never a bad stay. Only thing is in the room the mattresses need to be up dated. They are old and not comfortable.
