The host was super accessible and always responded promptly. The apartment had everything we needed, including an excellent blackout curtain and a free covered parking spot. It’s located inside a hotel, which made it feel very safe and secure. The location is great — there’s a grocery store just around the corner, and you can easily enjoy Waikiki on foot. Highly recommended!

Terrible Service from the host

We gay to the property and they had no reservations for me and my family tried contacting the host never got a response…. We paid all in advance and had to find a different place to stay cause they were all booked so we had to pay again to stay somewhere else..so I really can’t rate our stay at the aqua palms
