* This unit guests can sleep up to 8 or 9 peoples comfortably.
There are 3 Queen beds, 1 Queen sofa bed, 1 pull out (cot bed )with extra cushion and bedsheet for quit set up and you can replace as your choice.

* Living room: 1 queen-sofa bed with sheet blanket and pillows already folded inside.
*Main bedroom: 1 queen size bed and a twin poll out ( cot ) bed.
*Large Master bedroom: 2 queen-size beds, a baby crib when need.
* All your beach gear (such as beach chairs, boogie hugs, and umbrellas located by the second entrance door in order to avoid sand buildup throughout the room.

* Each room includes a new, quiet air conditioner to keep you cool or you may open the doors and windows to have access to breezy trade winds all year round.

*The kitchen includes all kitchenware that you can use such as coffee machine, portable boiler, dishwasher, toaster, coffee grinder, blender, 10 cup rice cooker, microware.pots and pans.
* It also includes plenty of napkins, paper towels, paper plates and bowls, glass, cups, tea bags, coffee cups, coffee powder, creamer, a-lot of cooking ingredients and many more……toilet paper rolls, bath towels and hand towels and BEACH TOWEL , BEACH WAGON, ICE COOLER and 6 STAGES ISPRING DRINKING WATER for your convenience.

* This condo has a fast, free internet. it's very good for download movie, music, or for group zoom meeting, or link your smartphone to the TV to watch all of your favorite shows. The TV has Netflix provided for you.

*There is one 70-inch TV in the living room .

*When you lock the hallway door, this two-bedroom unit can turn into two separate units--a studio and a one-bedroom unit, which includes two separate entrance doors. It is the most convenient choice when you decide to have privacy.
