At no point did they notify us on when breakfast ended. The staff started taking the food away and cleaning the buffet area. Very rude of the m not to say anything.

This hotel has a great lobby, fantastic staff and is in a really convenient location. The rooms have some wear and tear but its no issue for a short stay.

An excellent hotel in a fab location in Hong Kong, very well sized rooms, staff very accommodating and a really good location. We walked pretty much everywhere but you are also very close to the subway and trams which were very fun to use too! Plenty of really good bars and restaraunts on your door step (particularly the Indian restaraunt a couple doors down!)

The room was small but clean and adequate, got a small round table for my laptop. The bed was firm which I like. The bathroom was the right size and the water pressure was good, the shower floor was a bit slippery. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Used the laundry, HK$30 for a wash, HK$6 for the laundry detergent, and HK$40 to $55 for dryer (depending on the time).

First, the lobby service was perfection. They got us a room earlier than needed due to our morning arrival. Andy handled the bags and secured them. Then was on hand to open doors. Well done.

Room was clean. However, the hotel did have maintenance on my floor which was quite loud and did disturb me several mornings throughout my stay. It made me wonder if they even knew I was staying there. It is customary to warn guests of planned maintenance and unfortunately the hotel management did not do this.
