Welcome to this charming house in Hilo. Start your vacation at this centrally located home, surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and beaches! If you are visiting Hilo for business, this space is ideal as well, high-speed internet through Spectrum (200mbps). Our beautiful floors, modern kitchen, and walk-in shower give the space a luxury feel. In addition to the one queen size bed,. there is sectional sofa bed to accommodate extra guests; please note there are no extra beds. Air mattresses are available upon request.

Private parking is on-site at the entrance of the apartment. Please let us know if you will need space for more than 2 vehicles. Laundry room is located in the garage. Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am.

The studio is part of a large house. At night and early morning you can hear every heavy steps of the people live upstairs and even their conversation. It’s clean but we saw two cockroaches in the kitchen counter. We could not sleep well because of the noise and uncomfortable feeling that the cockroaches were in the space. The hand soap has a super strong odor. Wish they had a regular soap cleaner.

Great stay!

We were very Comfortable and would stay again! Appreciate white linens as it adds to feeling of being clean. Comfortable bed. A/C was a nice perk! Unit was ground level so easy to get baggage in and out. Designated parking spot. House Close to road but never noticed car noise. Did hear foot noise over head but wouldn’t deter from staying again. The local market, KTA, was great!!
