Hampton pet-friendly accommodation

The room was very clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, for some inexplicable reason, there was a problem with the water in the bathroom. I was unable to shower or even flush the toilet and spoke to reception about the problem. They were very apologetic and offered me the use of another room. They also offered me a free breakfast. I was appreciative of their efforts, but asked to speak to a manager when they were available. I received a call later in the morning and discussed the matter with the manager. She offered her sincere apologies and assured me that I would be looked after when I next visited the hotel. I cannot fault the manner with which this unfortunate matter was handled, and would definitely recommend the hotel for those travelling and in need of the convenience of public transport and/or passage to the airport.

Great hotel rooms much bigger than they appear online sound proofing is a bit of an issue but other than that would stay there again

This hotel is the perfect example of a five star hotel that is the best in every category i can image. if they build a ski resort next door it will be 10 stars out of 5.
