This hotel is so convenient for travelling from Heathrow. Just a short 5 minute walk from T4 across an enclosed sky bridge so no need to walk outside or taxi.
Staff were polite and efficient.
Room spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom nice and clean with shampoo and soap provided (no conditioner though so bring your own if you use it)
Breakfast was nice and hot with a good choice of hot and cold foods. Fresh juices and hot drinks also plentiful.
The bar area is small but it was quiet so no problem getting a seat or getting served.
The hopper bus that takes you to the other terminals costs £6.80 so its better to go into T4 and get the Heathrow express to other terminals as that's free.
