The staff were pleasant but we had trouble getting help with a piece of medical equipment when we were ready to leave. The location is quiet and the breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was that the floor in our room wasn't that clean. It seemed a bit sandy underfoot from the get go.

This was a typical Holiday Inn Express - clean, comfy, friendly and convenient. It was a great stop on our road trip. Comfy and quiet room, very clean. Breakfast had sufficient choices and the food was hot. I used the workout room, too, and it was small, but nice. We have come to trust the quality and cleanliness of Holiday Inn Express, and almost always book them when on trips.

The Staff are excellent, from the front desk to the cooking staff for morning meals, to the ladies that clean the rooms, top notch!!! We were only in town overnight for a death in the family. The room was comfortable and the atmosphere at the hotel was quiet and friendly. The only problem we had was the air conditioning didn't work well but we survived the night.

There was no running water when we checked in. We were told it would be fixed in 3 hours. We left for a few hours to have dinner. When we returned, there was cold water only. We called the desk. Someone said the hot water would be repaired the next day. So no showers for us, and no one apologized.

The room was fine except for three maintenance issues which I passed along when I checked. Special note must be given for the complimentary breakfast: maybe the best I have had at a popular motel chain property. And the hostess stayed right there to assure everything went well.
