The staff in every department must have been schooled on how to be the perfect host ,kind and courteous and genuinely was there to assist the guest The room was immaculate and the bed was the very comfortable. My room was by the exit at the end of hall on the first floor. I didn’t like being awakened by the exit door opening and closing as people left before 11a check-out. The door also dragged along the ground!

The front desk staff was so welcoming at check-in. It was fast, friendly, and efficient. The room was average. Bedding was good. Towels were thin. The room was clean.

I liked the staff mostly. I liked the breakfast; the way it was set up; the selections. I liked the room. It had all that I needed for a short stay. There was ample parking. The location of the hotel was perfect. I do intend to stay there again.

2 of my wheel covers were stolen during my last stay (sad face) BUT besides that my stay was PERFECT!!! I've stayed there twice so far. I do apologize for not remember the staff name but everyone that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I would have stayed again on this upcoming trip, but the price was a little too steep for my pockets due to waiting to the last minute to reserve. I will how ever make sure to book in advance because it's hard to find a hotel that stays consistent especially when it comes to the cleanliness. So, whenever I visit family or come to see my nephew play at Hampton University...this hotel will ALWAYS be my go-to :)
