Terrible hotel. The service at the hotel reception is terrible and disrespectful to the customer. The concierge service is bad and intentionally misleading. This hotel has about two thousand rooms, how can one or two concierges provide service to thousands of people? Furthermore, they recommended that on the night of Bastille Day (July 14th), It is better to comfortably watch the fireworks show over the Eiffel Tower from the hotel's SKYBAR bar. Indeed, according to the concierge's recommendation, I bought tickets for 160 euros for myself and my wife. It turns out that it was not possible to see the fireworks show at all from SKYBAR. The side of the bar terrace that looks towards the Eiffel Tower is two meters wide, and there were about two hundred people on the terrace, and a few dozen of them paid 700 euros and reserved the front of the terrace for themselves. What we saw was a lot of people and NO fireworks. The simple truth is that the Eiffel Tower fireworks display can be seen comfortably from any street within a 2x2 km cube around the tower. A scam.

Great location!

nice rooms, excellent shower and water pressure. Beds really comfortable- and I didn't roll into my husband. There was construction outside the hotel in the street but no noise or dirt in the hospital. GREAT location for the train- a few blocks, and lots of really good restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel, so so location

Excellent facility and service. Only thing to be aware is that it is at least a mile away from any of the major attractions and Uber and taxi can sometimes be hard to get. The hotel itself, though is great and the staff was excellent!

The property wifi doesn't work. Over priced. Delivery fee to the room is absurd! Never seen before. Trying to milk the tourist as much as possible. Never recommend

Beautiful hotel in a great location with super friendly staff — highly recommended! We had originally rented an Airbnb that turned out to be a disaster, but this hotel truly saved our trip. So grateful we found it!

It’s not near the main tourists’ attractions, the road in front of the hotel is under construction so it’s not easy if you have a suitcase and plan to use subway. But the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

Great hotel, caring staff, and fabulous breakfast! They really care about you! Marion, the front desk manager is amazing! She took care of a “situation” I had, and gave me chocolate too!;-) Be aware, the entire block out front is under major construction! Traffic is crazy! Overall. It was great!
