One of the elevators weren’t working, so everybody had to function on one elevator therefore, you’re always waiting for the elevator to get to your floor or it’s too packed and you can’t get on that was the only downfall for me

Good family vacation
Good spot for a family vacation, the kids loved having access to the water park every day as well as little activities. Main restaurant was closed so we had to go into town every day, tavern had very few options, no kids menu. Room was spacious, unfortunately mattresses really need to be updated, we were sinking in the middle. We rented a room suited for 6 with the pullout, it was a complete wreck, the frame barely holding and the mattress in dire need of an upgrade as well. Recommend to add a bunch of hooks in the washroom and fan to help dry, the clothesline is a good help but not large enough for multi day swimming.

The great escape lodge in queensbury ny is a perfect get away for families with kids! It’s affordable and fun, rooms are clean, there’s so much to do onsite. Indoor water park is very well staffed with life guards and attendants, lots of space to sit, you can buy food at a little restaurant in the water park or bring in your own, there’s lockers for a fee. In the lodge they do little parties in the evenings with a dj and music, really fun! And there are two arcades for kids to play in. I can’t stress how STRESS FREE and fun this place was. Parents can sit back and relax because there is so much for their kids to do. Only critique is the change stalls and washrooms in the water park section were not that clean.

Check in time supposed to be at 4 pm recieved the room only at 6pm after arguing with the representative and the room wasn't so clean. After went to ask for a blanket and a bedsheet for a sofa never received. The line for breakfast was too long. The hotel and waterpark was super very crowded.

No sheets or blankets for the sofa bed, even after two requests we had to go back a third time to get them. Lack of washcloths, there were 6 of us, there were two of them. The sweeper had not been able to pass well under the beds and the sofa bed. We found food on the sofa bed mattress. We got the room at 4:30 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m., a delay of 30 minutes so less time to have fun in the water games. We are quite disappointed with our experience.
