In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking. Dimension: height 220 cm. Supermarket, restaurant 50 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop 15 m, railway station 18 km. Tennis 800 m, riding stable 1 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 150 m, ski bus stop 50 m, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track 200 m, children's playground. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 100 m. Heated ski depot at the gondola lift included in winter. NO charging option for electric cars in the building. The “Free Mountain Ticket” allows free use of the Isskogelbahn Gerlos and the Königsleiten Dorfbahn during the entire stay. Valid from mid-June - mid-October of the year depending on the weather.
