Room was clean staff was pleasant. Only issue we had was hot tub was broke and when we went to have breakfast at 930 food was already put up. So i had to spend money i didn't expect to spend on breakfast.

Food is terrible. Crappiest frozen reheats ever! The breakfast attendant shuts down food 25 mins early and good luck trying to get anything from her when she’s closing early. Staff will tell you No for everything. You will be nickel and dimed for everything. Way better options out there. When reported to website recieved an email from AGM… more of an excuse letter letter rather than an apology or let me go above and beyond for you. For spending 1k for 4 nights on two rooms…. Feel like they would have tried harder considering occupancy was low. When in Geniva stay at the Hampton Inn or stay in St Charles. Not here

Our room had no remote for the TV.And I had to go downstairs twice to the front desk to pick one up, Because the first time I went down the batteries in the remote were not working so I had to go down again. It would have been nice if someone were to bring it up to the room.
