The room smelled of marijuana when we checked in, but we were in a rush to get to an event and didn't have time to change it. Later that night when we settled in, we noticed the ceiling leaking. We called the desk and Patrick was spectacular about getting us a new room and taking great care of us!

The kind sized bed room on the 4th floor I was provided did not match the advertised room I chose on expedia.ca - it was outdated, old carpeted floor, old bathtub which also pooled the water immediately while showering. I booked the room because the picture showed updated amenities, floor not carpet etc - big disappointment for me as an allergy sufferer.

We were greeted by Ken who was wonderful! Gave us all the information we needed and was pleasant. The facility is beautiful, the hallway was fresh and clean as well as our room. We did not have breakfast yet, however anticipate a good experience based on our visit thus far.

Everything was good. Except my wife hit her shin on the corner of the bed that was sticking out. I believe it was a corner that shouldn’t be sticking out. You might want to fix it.
