let’s start with me having to move rooms twice because one room window did not lock on the first level the second room smelled like instant and smoke. When I requested that I needed a new room with my son I was told that I was a jerk for asking. The breakfast was OK. The pool water looked nasty and dirty. Definitely not a place to come with children. It's had addicts and suspicious folks outside smoking, etc. I walked to the front desk because the room phone wasn't working and asked for clean face wash clothes and it took over an hour for them to bring them. Definitely not a place to come with families. The energy seems very dark and I’m not surprised because you get what you pay for.

When we arrived the nightmare began right away having to be moved twice to find a room where everything worked and it was reasonably clean. They say ‘soundproofed rooms’ but my husband and I had a conversation at normal volume from the bathroom to the outer hall. We could hear everything going on in that whole building. There was no access to any outside amenities, so don’t count on anything like the garden or grills. There was a door hanger for maid service in the room, which was used the first night to no avail. The second night I went and told a staff person I needed the old towels removed from our room and new towels delivered. They did not do so, by the third day my husband asked for towels again and they were rude about how ‘it’s our responsibility to inform them when we need service,’ but we DID for one and for two then why provide the room service door hangers!

Room heat wasn’t getting hot so they switched my room. I got in the new room and it had bugs in the bathroom, no remote control to the television, and the jacuzzi was dirty.

The hotel smelled like weed the second we walked in. The room smelled like mildew and we had to bring our key cards back twice to be reprogrammed because they stopped working and all side doors had a sliding key pad to swip key cards but the side doors were unlocked all night aonanyone would come in.

I recently stayed at the Chicago Club Inn Suites in Westmont, and overall had a pleasant experience that I’d recommend to others — especially if you’re looking for a comfortable room with a jacuzzi to relax in at the end of the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient to restaurants, shops, and highways, which made it easy to get around and plan my days. The room felt comfortable, would definitely consider staying again if I’m in the area — especially for a restful night with that jacuzzi included!

We’ve stayed at this numerous times over years & have been fine with are stay and service. This stay will have us looking for another business get friendly hotel when we’re in the area, and we are in the area a lot for work. There is usually the same man at the front desk, but this time we had the pleasure of getting checked in by a woman that charged our card twice, and we have to wait days for our refund. We went to our room and it wasn’t cleaned properly at all. Sirty swim trunk & swim towel were openly on the closet door. Deodorant under the heating/cooling unit. Dirty & mixed match furniture. Kitchenette missing a door on the drawer. Ice bucket had pubic hair on it. My husband flagged down a staff member & they text the woman at the front desk. We were allowed to see her text, stating we weren’t getting another room & no one was going to come clean it. It was too late to find another hotel, so we went and got cleaning supplies & cleaned the room ourselves. We stayed too days house keeping didn’t even come to replace our used towels or take the trash. I’m extremely disappointed in the dismissive & unprofessional service we’ve received.
