Beyond happy with this place. I come to Chicago often and usually stay downtown but from now on, I will be staying here. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned, beds are comfy, area is calm and parking is very easy. Maria was at the front desk and she was very welcoming, informative and processional, 10/10 customer service from her. I highly recommend this place.

The second floor of the build needs garage cans out the rooms and more smoking stands I appreciate the note on the window and office about The construction going on with the hotel

The second floor needs three garbage cans outside the rooms besides the smoking stand and the bedroom need a bigger garbage can, and the refrigerator needs to be more colder beside that the team and the place is always clean
