Check out always takes unnecessarily long because there is never anyone at the desk. I was also not informed that after purchasing cookware/silverware that we could keep the items and so I left everything in the room. Requested a refund or compensation of some sort but have yet to hear back

The room was disgusting, bathtub was peeling and only had one pillow. The other room they gave us got even worse, the door had no lock, the towels had poop stains, and the sink was gross
