Parking was easy and secure. It is pet-friendly. There was plenty of hot water and very good water pressure. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. And there was plenty of free ice. The staff was very friendly.

My Identity was by an ex employee of Portillos and found out they had my wallet since 13 of September,They knew my bank and also and Could contact the local police department. and kept it for a month their cameras at Portillos , I had to go DMV to apply for new license and social security card My Doctor had filled out paperwork to prove I was not an alcoholic or addicted to drugs,So they should be liable for a lawsuit Contract Naperville police I filed a police report, Officer Heikes ,The police department and Emt are there almost every night, She even stole a plant of mine and told me I can’t have back , got pictures

Staff was great. The rest was below average. Floor was dirty, hadn’t been mopped forever. Didn’t receive any housekeeping during our two-day stay. No microwave or fridge; although I missed that omission during my booking. Okay for a quick place to sleep, but probably wouldn’t stay there again…
