I think the property is great! The carpet in the rooms needs an upgrade! It's very obvious that it has been in place for many years! I don't need to tell you guys how to run a hotel - it's just very noticeable! Meaning, I don't want to walk barefoot on the hotel room carpet and then get into my bed! May I suggest some sort of vinyl flooring - again, I'm not going to tell you guys how to run a hotel! Our stay was great and we will be a return customer 100%!

Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. My only advice is the parking situation could be better. There are directions to park in a covered parking garage which will prompt you to pay with an app. You pay for your parking with your stay. Despite this I found a ticket on my car the next morning. The staff took care of cancelling the ticket for me, so it was a good outcome

The staff was unhelpful, parking was incredibly difficult and inconvenient. The parking garage was dirty, no elevator and not enough space in the stalls to either open the door or get your luggage around the vehicle. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend and I definitely won’t return.
