The parking is terrible, super tight parking spots especially for bigger vehicles. Customer service was not very accommodating, simply asked to purchase water bottles and the night shift receptionist, who mind you was not even in sight came from the room behind the desk to tell us that the only water available was in the gym water dispenser. Our shower was clogged, and the water kept going from warm to scolding hot ever couple of minutes which was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately there was also a large crime scene in the parking lot close to the exit which was quite unsettling. Sadly, my family and I did not enjoy our stay and will not be coming back to this hotel.

Stayed here for an event in OC. Staff was friendly, but the hotel feels very outdated. My room was dark, facing a terrace with stairs that didn’t feel very secure. Rooms are close together, and there’s not much natural light. It’s one of the more affordable options in the area, but I wouldn’t stay again.

My family has been coming here exclusively for years and years. Every time we come to southern California, we stay here. My wife used to work here. We were literally just here 2 nights ago, and we stayed for 8 days. Every year we come at least 3 to 4 times. We always tip the kitchen very well, we always tip the bellman very well. My debit card is currently expired. We live in utah and our credit union is in California. My wife and I have a joint account, and I tried checking in with her debit card. They refused. Even tho we checked in with that same card last week, and i checked in with it a couple of months ago, they for some reason today wanted to be rude with me and say i cannot check in unless she is here. I will never stay here again. We have given this place tons of business. No more. We spend too much to get treated like strangers

1. Not enough parking. 2. Not as quiet as expected. 3. Very poor bathroom designed, after taking shower water spelled all over the bathroom.

the parking fee was ridiculous for customers staying there. I could understand if they made a fee for people who wanted to park there, but to charge $30 to it's customers is inconceivable to me.
