Staff was great! Shower pressure not so much Tub backed up ART shuttle to Disney was great if you don’t more than one kid. Shuttle comes every 30-45 mins. Kids must be seated for the bus to leave. Last shuttle to leave Disney is at 1230am Room service was okay. But they didn’t vacuum. Overall is was a great stay but if you have kids and decide to stay at the park from opening to closing, I suggest you stay on property or walking distance.

I had an excellent stay! What really stood out was how clean and comfortable the room was, it felt spotless and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
