The room had a very strong odor of bleach, but the room was filthy. There was an ac unit pointing at the bed that was so loud and dusty there was no way to sleep with the noise and dust flying off! I ended up plugging my portable fan up just to keep the noise down. Speaking of noise, every time someone goes in or out their room the door slammed and you heard everything happening in the next room. There was mold on the shower, the toilet was loose, there were stains on the walls, the floor was absolutely disgusting, the tv was in horrible condition (color and sound), the touch lights were all rusty and disgusting, the door had a gap at the bottom that you could see outside, there was no light outside my door making it hard for the doordasher to find the room. I could go on and on with pictures and videos to support. I think that a true review best suits to possibly keep someone from being fooled into believing the website provides a good depiction of this dilapidated “resort”

Internet barely worked, front desk not staffed at times, rooms have been repainted a lot with peeling paint and corrosion to include baseboards, room curtains don’t block the light that well at night.

Our overall trip was great. Jasmine helped us through the time that we arrived in we left. We decided to pay the extra money to check in early and stay late. It was well worth it. We loved the Jacuzzi. It was perfect. No one in there at all. We love the restaurant Village Café next-door had great food. Then we walked down to Sun Surf Sand restaurant, food was amazing food! overall Trip was perfect 5❤️

Staff was very friendly. We had trouble with our door key the first day and they wound up having to change the lock itself. Apparently it was a known problem. Just not sure why they didn't change it between guest stays. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. They do need to put the do not disturbs signs in the room so we dont have to ask at the desk
