Great location. Staff very nice especially valet people and Jeannie at front desk. Room was small and continental breakfast was disappointing. All carbs, although on weekends there was scrambled eggs and sausage. If you make coffee in your room it is a hot water pot and instant coffee.

The location was quiet and had all your basic needs available. Great a couple of biz exec power couples to take in relaxation and work which we call staycations/workcations. We stayed just a few days before Christmas and it was perfect!

No check-in staff to help with bags, change room, etc. Room is really small. Had a terrible view of another appartment building. Room view was not at all like advertised. TV is small. No parking except for valet which was $29 per night plus tips.

Staff and valet team are good but hotel is old, needs a good cleaning and repairs. Not enough chairs for the beach. Pool couldn’t be used due to it wasn’t heated. Room decor was poor …. No vanity room or shelves in the bathroom….bed was one foot off the ground Balcony floor was filthy Main elevator floor was very dirty….cleaned once all week No restaurants close by Worst I have ever stayed at….at best a 2 star

The room was beautiful and the staff was very courteous especially the valet. But we ran out of toiletries and it was rather difficult to receive them. The person I text about the issue was very kind but it seemed to lack some communication to actually getting what we needed in a timely manner.
