I somehow accidentally got an ADA room and the bathroom is wide open and toilet is in where shower is. It smelled terrible and I texted when I got here. They responded to text and someone would be in touch and no one ever was. Then alarm went off at 11pm bc of burst pipe. Worst experience, no one to talk to and no response.

It was a bit disappointing because the bed and pillows had a strong pee smell. To make matters worse, we couldn’t watch TV on the first night because the control wasn’t there. Fortunately, the staff took it the next day. Today, the pool was supposed to open at 8:00 am, but it was 9:00 am, and it was still closed.

Everything was great. Unfortunately when we stayed the weather wasn't very nice. We had a couple storms which brought a lot of seaweed onto the beach. The first nice day we had, the beach was cleaned up and staff set up chairs and umbrellas for guests to use.

I give it a 6 overall. Staff really didnt speak or ask us if we were okay or needed anything, they mever told us we had to pay extra for valet daily. But it was in a nice location.

No daily housekeeping… No food or beverages available on site for guests…However, plenty of fresh towels available for room or beach…Room Bath / Shower area has no safety aid handles to avoid slip and fall… No convenience stores within walking distance….Valet parking reliable but expensive…Beach view decent and clean.

The room was fairly clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The AC was very noisy, but did not have much circulation in the bedroom. We had four people with us in a double king room.But since individual pictures of the rooms were not online, we did not expect that there would be no sitting area with a couch. In the kitchen we expected to be able to have at least bowls, some cutlery and a keurig. It did have a kettle and paper cups with plastic spoons and napkins with a couple of tea bags and coffee bags. The advertised on site breakfast was not there as the restaurant had been closed for quite some time. They did have some fruit and croissants available. All of the restaurants were quite some distance away and required a one and a half mile walk or getting in your car. The beach area had litter and the beach chairs were old but useable. T check in and check out was easy.And the vallet service was quick and easy as well.

My room was perfect! View, clean, comfortable bed, everything I needed was there. It was a bit odd to stay where there were no staff present-- they do not service your room and there is no staffed front desk. It was still a great stay and I would highly recommend it. The worst thing was they only offered valet parking. It was pretty expensive if you have to park a vehicle. Still very nice place to stay .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we had an issue with our room and they were quick to assist and switch us to a new room. Every area was nice and clean, and hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. The lounge area by the pool and the private beach were amazing. Very quiet, clean, and safe area. Pool and ocean were awesome to swim. Many restaurants nearby to enjoy. Short drive to activities in Fort Lauderdale and Pompano beach. Highly recommend!!
