I wasn’t very happy with the room we had at first so asked if we could be refunded if we were to check out. They said no, and offered to put us in another room which was slightly better. One of the front desk people was pretty accommodating, but the other front desk person continued having an unfriendly attitude toward me every time I talked with her at the desk. I thought it was unprofessional and the opposite of what I’d expect someone to do who works in hospitality when a customer isn’t satisfied. Definitely wouldn’t book there again.

Convenient to locations we need to go to. But we were locked out of our room the second night, office said we never checked in but we had a key card that worked the first night. They were able to activate the key after 30mins.

Sonesta is a good option if you are looking for an affordable place in Boca Raton. the rooms are rather small however its clean and the iron board and mini fridge in the room is a gamechanger. the housekeeping was good however 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there, they were fixing the pool, and we could not use it. the beds are comfortable and the TV is great. definitely would visit again.
