Disliked that upon making my reservations I was not informed about the construction going on at the hotel. They charged me for a balcony view room when the majority of the balconies were out of commission. Poor

We have stayed at this property multiple times, this time will be our last. The property has ongoing renovation that interfered with our stay. The balcony was full of bird feces. There is a significant decline in overall service front desk and restaurant. The property is misrepresented on expedia.com.

I choose one suite on a lower floor and when I arrived they changed the suite to a higher floor. The staff wasn’t as warm or friendly as most of the hotels we have stayed at and we stayed here several times before the pandemic. The restaurant and breakfast staff were exceptionally welcoming. Some of the renovations in the public areas are nice but I don’t think we will be back.

BAD! BAD!! BAD!! Never in my life ever experienced such a rude staff DARLENE, JOANNE, BETTY (?) we not helpful at all. I called for over 8 hrs w an issue and no one ever answered. When I mentioned my issue I was told by Darlene it “sounds like a you problem” … I forgot my room #… wow!!! Terrible experience. Room smelled of mildews, buffet was messy and gross Gane at front was great but Darlene must GO!!! place was noisy. Under construction. Think the 10 reviews are bogus. No manger to ask for bc they are all managers so they say. Parking lot is dark. Car got hot and no assistance whatsoever no cameras . Front desk lady at night watched videos on phone all night would t even look up. Dropped off charger to my friend during day. They never got it. Even when they asked for it. So there’s too I guess. Bad experience all around. Won’t be back. Definitely not what use to be. Dark barked all night. No one to complain to. Terrible!!! Not worth the $$$ and they don’t tell you in advance about the construction/painting. BeWARE!!!!
