First I walked in my room and the lights were completely off and the light switch next to the door as far as I can tell does nothing so I had to go around individually turning on the lamps. Then the first thing I see is a bug crawling on the bed. I booked for 3 days and during my stay the room was infested with bugs and there’s definitely something wrong with their plumbing because this was my 2nd stay here and just like the first time, my toilet clogged and started flowing back up crap and like a dark powdery poop-looking-something gradually rising and falling like an oceans tide leaving behind that residue. And speaking of water, their pool looked disgusting like it doesn’t get cleaned regularly. It was constantly noisy during my stay, even at night, from people walking by talking, to trucks backing up beeping all day long everyday, and then on my 2nd day here, all day long there was some kind of alarm or something blaring on and off. And just walking around outside there’s kids just sitting on the stairs screaming at people walking by for fun. I will not be back.

please don’t waste your money They are infested with roaches and when asked to do housekeeping they will not clean the only way I was able to get fresh towels and for them to do a slight cleaning was to call corporate after asking 3 times to please clean I took videos of all the roaches crawling in the fridge in the bathroom on the night stands on the chair don’t leave anything open and to top it off after they cleaned my sweater was missing asked front desk and nothing. I was in the airport with a tshirt on looking crazy. And they take a 100 dollar deposit not even Marriott does that high of a deposit They don’t have breakfast they only give coffee and juice

I was very disappointed with this room. Unfortunately I ended up staying the night because I checked in later in the night and didn't get a chance to check out the room before going to bed. In the morning I woke up to a disgusting room that had mold, dirty walls and cockroaches in the sink.

Tv didn’t work, changed rooms, tv still wasn’t good.. but on, no list, can’t find channels Went to get I e, told to go to the 3 rd floor, I did, couldn’t enter 3rd floor. Went back to front desk, said you said 3rd floor for ice I couldn’t get in, then he said no, go to another building I couldn’t quite understand what he was saying, went to my room, it’s Super Bowl Sunday , finally found the channel. Missed game and missed half time show!!! By now now my food was cold that I brought for the game, fridge stinks, no ice, can’t drink my drinks… this hotel is the worst ever I travel a lot, this is horrible!

There were roaches in the bathroom, the room smelled terribly bad, like dogs and cigarrets, only 3 very poor pillows in the king size bed. Bathroom tub clogged up , I only stayed in this flee bag because it was 2 am when I checked in and had no time neither other options. This property do not deserve to carry the Wyndham family flag. I am extremely desappointed, $40 a night would be to much to pay to stay here.
