The hotel was very expensive . I stayed a block away from the white hoyse for less money in an IHG property. The room did not have a hair dryer. The coffee machine was dirty The bathtub had dirty tissues in it. The restaurant had few choices and outragious prices

Bad customer service

The service was really bad. I had food poisoning from the bar. I called the front-desk at night to ask for water and a tylenol and they said there was no water in the entire hotel (?). I went down to reception and there was a full fridge with water and they were giving complementary water to guest that were checking in. WC was not working well. Room furniture was deteriorated. The second night another guest started screaming across the hallway (she might have been on drugs?). Unsurprisingly, the person who took care of me at checkout was also quite rude. Not sure why I had such a bad experience but it was REALLY bad! If they could start by leveling up their customer service, that would be a huge improvement from where they are today.

It fooled me. Looks good on the outside but man needs some updating on the inside. Room was musty hole in wall , chair scratched up .ran out of bath towels had to ask several times. No soap in shower dispenser. Shower head leaking. It didn’t feel like a Boca hotel😩

Front check in was time consuming and frustrating.

Keys did not work. Desk clerk was aware but did not inform us until we treated all the way back to desk with 4 suitcases in tow. She said oh yes we have to have a maintenance man come up and let you in. He informed us on the way up their system was down all day. Desk clerk was well aware but lazy.
