Ocean was visible as well as Boca Inlet but not exceptional. Location, TV, shower all good. Ice machine on every floor a plus. Signature hotel smell was nice upon entrance. Valet's were nice. Food was good but expensive. Shopping and beach were not in walking distance. Temperature was not adjustable. 65 degrees or set to off. Would not book thru Expedia again. Prefer hotel to customer relationship for better service and quality.

This hotel is horrible with no beach access and the staff was very bad... OK for business but not for fun... It's in the middle of nowhere... 45 mintue walk to mizner

Views of the water and sunset were spectacular! However rooms really need updating. The furniture needs upgrade. Looks dirty, poor condition, old and cheap. Sorry for the harsh review but I’m honest.

We were extremely disappointed in our experience at this resort. We honestly felt we would have gotten the same experience outside of the view at a Best Wester Hotel. The staff was extremely rude and impersonable unwilling to assist with any questions regarding the amenities on site. We attempted to eat at the seaspray restaurant we waited for 10min just for a staff member to ask what we wanted to drink when there were few people and plenty of staff waiting around after that we recieved our drinks and ended up leaving the restaurant without eating due to the poor quality of service. The ladies at the front desk were rude and never made eye contact and were very sharp and impersonal when speaking to us. Will never go back or recommend this so called resort to anyone

I like that it review of the water and the restaurant was right on the water on the pool and there was beautiful artwork in the lobby when the staff is friendly and I love that my room had a balcony
